Tremendous penetration of photovoltaic (PV) systems into the electric grids develops many challenges in modern power systems. In simulation analyses PV systems, accurate modelling modules plays a crucial role enhancing characteristics such Modelling PVs is represented by non-linear I - V behavior, involving various unknown parameters because inadequate data offered datasheet cells. This paper proposes novel implementation equilibrium optimizer algorithm (EOA) to identify nine-parameters three-diode (TD) model module. Soundness EOA-TD extensively confirmed results that are carried out different environmental conditions. The optimal obtained using proposed approach compared with those realized other optimization techniques-based TD models. To achieve practical study, and experimental outcomes checked for commercial panels error among these records value less than 0.5%.
